Fully supported from our Group academy our training policy is a powerful tool for ensuring that our skills and knowledge are continually adapting to the ongoing changes in technology and the marketplace.
An active recruitment policy offers opportunities to people of all ages. Through our Apprentice Programme, and Student Engineers Scheme, for example, we aim to provide the training and skills development that will help nurture the next generation of engineers and skilled workers.
