Warehouse Refurbishment
The Lenton Lane facility was taken over by Boots as a temporary distribution warehouse.
Lee Beesley was tasked with upgrading and improving the existing installation to make the building fit for Boots’ requirements.
The project included modifications to the power distribution system, installation of small power, alterations and additions to the lighting schemes, and rationalisation of the IT and data systems.
Liaising closely with the client and fit out contractors, good communication was key in ensuring that all work was successfully integrated to enable completion on time against a critical programme.
