Reactive Maintenance
These are separate contracts with two different councils, but both based around the ‘National Schedule of Rates’ approach.
In each case we are responsible for reactive electrical breakdowns for various buildings controlled by each council, such as schools, retirement homes or council buildings.
Via our help desk, work requests are received, prioritised and engineers appointed to respond. Typical call outs include internal or external lighting repairs, power repairs and small installations. Each job is given a priority rating of 2 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours or 5 days. Response times are strictly adhered to and form a critical part of our KPI benchmarking.
